  2. Daily transaction limits apply. Everyday banking includes withdrawals in branches, at St.George / Westpac / Bank of Melbourne/ BankSA ATMs, EFTPOS, cheques, Bank@PostTM and Internet and Phone Banking.
  3. A flat monthly service fee of $5 will apply to your Complete Freedom Account if you do not deposit at least $2,000 by the last business day of the month. The monthly account service fee of $5 is also waived if you have your St.George home loan repayment automatically deducted from this account.
  4. You have the option to link the Visa Debit Card to the account if you're 18 years or older and have an Australian residential address.

If you open a new Maxi Saver account and you have not held a Maxi Saver account before and you are a personal customer, you’ll earn a fixed bonus of %p.a. on top of the standard variable Maxi Saver rate during the Promotional Rate Period. The standard variable Maxi Saver rate may be changed at any time but the fixed bonus rate will not change while it applies. The Promotional Rate Period is the first 3 months from the date your account is opened.

St.George Business Banking Mobile is only available to registered users of St.George Business Banking Online that have accepted the St.George Business Banking Online and Payment Services Terms and Conditions. You will be required to enter all your credentials upon your first use, we may only require your Password to log on to St.George Business Banking Mobile for subsequent attempts (if this occurs we will securely store your User ID (which will be disguised) to your mobile phone).

By using St.George Business Banking Mobile you acknowledge that you will only be able to view, to a limited extent, the balances and transaction history of accounts that are able to be accessed by you via St.George Business Banking Online. Payments and administrative functions will not be able to be performed.

These terms and conditions form part of your St.George Business Banking Online and Payment Services Terms and Conditions. Any conditions of use and charges relating to your mobile device are your responsibility.

St.George Business Banking Mobile is subject to system maintenance and availability. You will be taken to have accepted these terms and conditions every time you access St.George Business Banking Mobile.

  • What's the difference between Internet Banking and Mobile Banking?

      Mobile Banking gives you with access to the most popular Internet Banking services through your iPhone, iPod touch, Nokia 5800, Nokia N97, HTC Dream, HTC Desire or Samsung i890 Omnia HD, while you're out and about.

      Mobile Banking services include:

    • Check account balances and information
    • View last 30 days transaction history
    • Transfers between your accounts
    • BPAY® payments
    • Transfers to any bank account in Australia (also known as Pay Anyone)
    • For some services - such as Telegraphic Transfers, Bank Cheques, SMS and Email Alerts and opening new accounts - you'll still need to access Internet Banking. The logon process is the same for both services.

  • Can I use Mobile Banking on a regular mobile phone or PDA?
    • No. Mobile Banking is currently optimised for only the following mobile phones and devices: iPhone, iPod touch, Nokia 5800, Nokia N97, HTC Dream and Samsung i890 Omnia HD.
  • Is Mobile Banking secure?
    • Yes. Mobile Banking has the same security and authentication procedures as regular Internet Banking. You can bank at your convenience and be confident that your personal information is being protected.
  • Do you charge a fee for using Mobile Banking?
    • No. There are no additional St.George fees or charges for using Mobile Banking. Please be aware that data charges may be applicable from your service provider. To confirm these details contact your mobile service provider to enquire about your current data plan.
  • Do I need to register to access Mobile Banking?
    • If you're already registered for Internet Banking you can access Mobile Banking immediately. Simply visit www.stgeorge.com.au and select the 'Mobile Banking' logon link.
